We store the API specifications, documentation, and related content you create on the platform. This includes spec names, descriptions, actions, capabilities, and any configuration you provide.
Usage Data
We collect analytics data about how your published specs are accessed, including page views, agent fetches, MCP downloads, and search hits. This data is used to power the analytics dashboard visible to spec owners.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Elba platform
- To generate and host your API documentation and agent specs
- To power discovery features such as the agent registry, search API, and MCP endpoints
- To display analytics about how agents and users interact with your published specs
- To communicate with you about your account or the service
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Published content: Specs you choose to publish are publicly accessible via the agent registry, .agent.json endpoints, MCP configs, and search APIs. This is the core function of the platform.
- Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), and OpenAI (spec generation). These providers process data as necessary to deliver their services.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your specs at any time through the dashboard. You can delete your account by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and unpublished specs.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to data portability.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Clerk, Supabase, and OpenAI for information about how they handle data.
9. Children's Privacy
Elba is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
